Haven’t posted in a while.  Here’s what I’ve been doing:

1. Interviewing for jobs!

2. Going to ACEP.  It was a blast.

3. Finishing Step 3 of my USMLE Boards.  Passed with flying colors.

More blogging in store though, now that these things are winding down.

So, as a first post back, I’ll actually turn your attention to my post published on The Central Line blog.  This is a real patient, real story, and a diagnosis I’ll never forget.
