Best instructional video on emergent canthotomy and cantholysis I’ve seen yet. Includes a third step for evacuating hematoma from the orbit. The only steps omitted are lidocaine infiltration and crushing the skin for hemostasis.

Hi Jeremy, excellent video, really helpful and a clear demonstration of the anatomy. Can I also point you in the direction of this video which is not as good in terms of sound or picture, but demonstrates the difference when trying to do it in the swollen and proptosed eye.
I think both videos together make a really good teaching resource.
